The Process
1: Initial Consultation
Usually via a phone call, we’ll explain the process, discuss your lease contract and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also explain more about what Renewa can offer and share examples of how we’ve worked with other landowners like you.
2: Offer Development
Based on your current lease contract terms and market factors, we’ll develop an initial buyout offer, usually within five business days.
3: Offer and Agreement
We’ll submit our initial buyout offer and explain it in detail. We value personal relationships and prefer to meet in person if possible to ensure you understand the offer and are comfortable with the agreement. Once all parties are satisfied, we move to closing.
4: Closing
We will review ownership records, your lease details and payment history. Once verified, we will deliver closing documents and the final payment. We can close transaction promptly.
