Renewa will buy your land and the lease payments, typically for a higher valuation. Or, we’ll purchase the minimum solar revenues associated with the existing solar panels under your current ground lease.
TRANSMISSION
Renewa will purchase your land and lease payments associated with the existing transmission assets under your current ground lease.
WIND
Renewa will purchase the minimum wind revenues associated with the existing wind turbines under your current ground lease. Renewa is not interested in purchasing your property’s wind rights.
BATTERY STORAGE
Renewa will purchase your land and lease payments associated with the existing battery storage assets under your current ground lease.
