Robert Denzer

Robert Denzer serves as Transactions Counsel for Renewa, where he advises on real estate transactions, project development, financing, and other strategic commercial matters. Robert joined the company in May 2026 after serving as Corporate Counsel for a publicly traded energy company, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, corporate real estate, governance, and commercial transactions. Prior to his in-house roles, Robert practiced mergers and acquisitions at a large nationally recognized firm and energy transactions.

Robert graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.A. in History in 2012 and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Houston Law Center in 2017.
