Joseph McGraw

Joseph McGraw, Investment Analyst, joined Renewa in 2026. Mr. McGraw is responsible for financial modeling, deal valuations, market research, and the management of proprietary data. Prior to joining Renewa, Mr. McGraw was a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst at Crown Castle, where he was responsible for valuations on prospective cell tower portfolios across the US and financial analysis on internal capital deployment for Crown Castle’s existing asset base.
