DeAndrea Simmons, Paralegal for Renewa, joined the company in 2025 bringing over 11 years of expertise in real estate transactions. With a dual background as both a seasoned paralegal and a licensed real estate broker, DeAndrea has successfully led a wide range of residential, commercial, and land acquisition deals across multiple jurisdictions.

Most recently, she worked as a Senior Corporate Paralegal in at Sher Garner Cahill Richter Klein & Hilbert and is a proud alumna of Tulane University.
