Amir Mirab

Amir Mirab joined Renewa in September 2025 as the Vice President of Accounting, where he oversees the company’s accounting department. Prior to joining Renewa, Mr. Mirab served as Corporate Controller at Heliogen, Inc., a renewable energy company, where he led the accounting and financial reporting team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mirab spent over a decade in public accounting, most recently as a Senior Manager of Assurance at Ernst & Young LLP, primarily served real estate investment trust clients.

 Mr. Mirab is a licensed CPA in Texas and Florida. He earned both a B.B.A. and a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston – Main Campus.
