Adil Rajabali

Adil Rajabali joined Renewa in 2026 as VP Corporate Finance, where he leads corporate finance and capital raising initiatives. Mr. Rajabali brings more than a decade of experience spanning across private equity, corporate finance, corporate banking, and renewable energy development. Prior to Renewa, Mr. Rajabali was a Private Equity Associate at EnCap Investment L.P., where he evaluated and managed over $700 million in renewable energy infrastructure investments. Prior to EnCap, Mr. Rajabali served as Director of Finance at Arbor Renewable Gas, where he built the company’s financial planning and reporting infrastructure and led its strategic finance initiatives. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rajabali was an Associate in Wells Fargo Securities’ Corporate & Investment Banking group where he monitored the bank’s $4 billion Energy Solutions & Technology portfolio and supported the underwriting of more than $3 billion in credit transactions.

Mr. Rajabali holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
