The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations, with a focus on REIT-specific requirements, while optimizing tax efficiency and supporting the company’s financial goals.
Renewa is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support complex land transactions, title and survey review, corporate structuring, and deal closings across the company’s renewable energy acquisitions. The ideal candidate will work on high-volume transactions and support corporate legal matters related to the Company’s portfolio of assets.
