Kate Brooks joined the company in August 2024, where she leads Renewa’s Human Resources function, including benefits, employee relations, compliance, talent, and performance management. Mrs. Brooks has more than 18 years of experience in Human Resources leadership, recently as Human Resources Director at Alta Resources, LLC.

Mrs. Brooks earned her BBA in Human Resources and her MBA from American InterContinental University.
